External member database access with parameters

Association that have already a member database web site can now use Regis to manage their event without using Regis internal member database. The member can be invite to click on a link from the member data base web site to register to the event. This link may contain specific parameters like names, email, addresses, a reference ID etc. The member do not have to re-enter this parameters again while the reference ID can be used to track down the registered participants from the member database.

Abstract upload

The online abstract editor can be replaced by a file upload system allowing the abstract submitters to submit abstracts that have been edited using Word.

Regis invoice parameter, cost center, VAT...

Your Regis billing has been enhanced to allow cost centers per event as well as a specific VAT number for each billing address. This allows Artegis international customers to get invoiced country by country with various cost center and a specific VAT number.
