Payment
Registration and activity fees must be paid by credit card during the registration process. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact dafonseca@lausanne-tourisme.ch.

Category "Low income"
If you are a resident of one of the following countries, you can benefit from a discounted registration fee.

 

Ukrainian Participants
Registrations arriving from Ukraine will be granted a special fee: If you are interested in such fee reduction, please contact Da Fonseca Jonathan from Lausanne Tourisme at dafonseca@lausanne-tourisme.ch

Students
Students in medicine and related disciplines are eligible to register at the student rate. A copy of your student ID card OR an official certificate of your student status must be uploaded during the registration process. Without this, the full non-member rate will be charged. 

Accompanying person 
You can register an accompanying person to the conference dinner that will take place on Friday, 15th June 2024. Accompanying persons can't access the conference sessions.  FULLY BOOKED

Visa - invitation letter
If you need an invitation letter for your visa application procedure, please contact us on dafonseca@lausanne-tourisme.ch. You will receive the invitation letter after registration and payment have been completed.
Please submit your visa application early as it can take between six and eight weeks to process, or exceptionally even longer.
