Payment
All fees must be paid by credit card during the registration process. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact us.

Abstract
Each registered person can submit one abstract of max 450 words, and one figure or table with references.
The abstract submission is on line. Please select the relevant topic or special session to your work carefully to allow placement of your paper to the appropriate group.

ESCM member
To qualify for the ESCM member rate, registrants need to be an active member.

Student
Full-time university students of all levels of university degrees are eligible to register at the student rate. A copy of your student ID card OR an official certificate of your student status must be given during the registration process. Without this, the full non-member rate will be charged. 

Grant
If your abstract topic is related to multifunctional carbon based composites, you may be able to get help from the Cost Action Essence, if your country is part of the relevant ones for this help.

Accompanying person* 
The registration fees for accompanying persons of CHF 150 include lunches and the welcome reception. It excludes the sessions and social activities.

Cancellation policy
All cancellation has to be done by a written notice to crettenand@lausanne-tourisme.ch
Registration cancellations deadlines:
 - Cancellations before May 27, 2022, will incur a 20% cancellation fee
 - Cancellations before June 27, 2022, will incur a 50% cancellation fee
 - A no-show will incur a full cost due

Gala dinner and accompanying person cancellations deadlines:
 - Cancellations before May 27, 2022, will incur full refund
 - Cancellation from May 28, 2022, will incur a full cost due
