General information

Payment
Registration and activity fees must be paid by credit card during the registration process. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact mouraux@lausanne-tourisme.ch.

Accompanying person 
You can register an accompanying person to both dinners that will take place on 12 & 13 September 2024. Accompanying persons can't access the congress sessions nor the Welcome Reception taking place on 11 September.

Visa - invitation letter
If you need an invitation letter for your visa application procedure, please contact us : mouraux@lausanne-tourisme.ch. You will receive the invitation letter after registration and payment have been completed.
Please submit your visa application early as it can take between six and eight weeks to process, or exceptionally even longer.

Low income countries
If your company is based in one of those countries, you can benefit from a "low income country" discount on your registration fee.
 

ECR Prizes
The congress will run 2 competitions for ECR*, including the prestigious ECR Keynote Prize, as well as prizes awarded for the best poster presentations.

*ECRs are defined as students or postdoctoral researchers within 5 years of the award of their doctoral degree. Proof of status will be requested later in the registration.
