The annual Euclid Consortium Meeting will take place virtually.

*Important note: Students have to pre-register in order for the organizing committee to take a decision whether they benefit from a free registration or not.

The fees include

Unique password to have full access to the conference plenary and parallel sessions. The conference will be held online on the Zoom platform. It will be live, but all sessions will be recorded. The videos will be available after each session for the registered participants and it will be possible to replay all presentations for a later viewing to avoid inconvenience related to the time differences. 

Registration steps

– Fulfill the registration form with your informations
– Accept terms and conditions
– Select your credit card payment method and complete the payment
– Once the payment completed, you will receive a pre-registration acknowledgement and a confirmation within 2 working days
– The week before the conference you will receive the link and unique password to access to the virtual conference platform

Registration cancellation policy

Registration fees for Euclid 2021 are non-refundable.
