Paiement
Les frais d'inscription et de participation doivent être réglés par carte bancaire lors de la procédure d'inscription. Si vous souhaitez payer par virement bancaire, veuillez contacter mouraux@lausanne-tourisme.ch.

Visa - lettre d'invitation
Si vous avez besoin d'une lettre d'invitation pour votre demande de visa, veuillez nous contacter : mouraux@lausanne-tourisme.ch. Vous recevrez la lettre d'invitation une fois l'inscription et le paiement effectués.
Veuillez déposer votre demande de visa suffisamment à l'avance, car son traitement peut prendre entre six et huit semaines, voire plus dans certains cas exceptionnels.

Conditions d'annulation

En cas d'annulation par le participant

• Jusqu'au 31 août 2026 : remboursement du montant de l'inscription moins CHF 100 de frais de dossier.
• Du 1er septembre 2026 au 31 décembre 2026: remboursement de 90% du montant de l'inscription moins CHF 100 de frais de dossier.
• Du 1er janvier 2027 au 15 février 2027: remboursement de 50% du montant de l'inscription moins CHF 100 de frais de dossier.
• A partir du 16 février 2027: aucun remboursement.

En cas d'annulation par l'organisateur

Dans l'éventualité où le Congrès devrait être annulé par le Comité d'organisation pour une raison indépendante de sa volonté, les frais d'inscription seront remboursés moins CHF 100 qui permettront de couvrir les frais engagés dans la préparation du congrès.

General information

Payment
Registration and activity fees must be paid by credit card during the registration process. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact mouraux@lausanne-tourisme.ch.

Visa - invitation letter
If you need an invitation letter for your visa application procedure, please contact us : mouraux@lausanne-tourisme.ch. You will receive the invitation letter after registration and payment have been completed.
Please submit your visa application early as it can take between six and eight weeks to process, or exceptionally even longer.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation by the participant 

• Until 31 August 2026 : Refund of the registration fee minus CHF 100 administrative fee.
• From 1 September 2026 to 31 December 2026: Refund of 90% of the registraton fee minus CHF 100 administrative fee.
• From 1 January 2027 to 15 February 2027: Refund of 50% of the registraton fee minus CHF 100 administrative fee.
• From 16 February 2027: No refund.

Cancellation by the organizer

Should the Congress be cancelled by the Organizing Committee for reasons beyond its control, the registration fees will be refunded, minus CHF 100 to cover expenses already incurred in the preparation of the Congress
