Important information

Payment

Registration and activity fees must be paid by credit card during the registration process. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact doepper@lausanne-tourisme.ch. 

To cancel your registration please send a written email to doepper@lausanne-tourisme.ch.

• Up to 14th March 2024 : full refund 
• Between 15th March and 14th April 2024: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded 
• From 15th April 2024: no fees will be refunded

All refund payments will be made after the conference. 

 

Accompanying person

You can register an accompanying person if you would like to attend the Social Dinner on Thursday, the 16th of May 2024. Accompanying persons can not access the conference sessions nore the Welcome Reception.

 

Visa - invitation letter

If you need an invitation letter for your visa application procedure, please contact us on doepper@lausanne-tourisme.ch. You will receive the invitation letter after registration and payment have been completed.
Please submit your visa application early as it can take between six and eight weeks to process, or exceptionally even longer.

 

GRELL Association

The association aims to coordinate the activities of the "Group for Epidemiology and Cancer Registry in Latin Language Countries" (GRELL). Gathered since 1976 ​GRELL promotes epidemiological cancer research, mainly through the registration of cases in geographically defined populations. The Group works in collaboration with the International Association of Cancer Registries and the European Network of Cancer registries, as well as other scientific associations working in the same field.
