General information

Payment
Registration and activity fees must be paid by credit card during the registration process. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact Mr Olivier Mouraux at mouraux@lausanne-tourisme.ch.

Registrations
The registration fee for onsite participants includes sessions, lunches, coffee breaks and the Welcome Reception. It excludes the Gala Dinner.

Student
If you register as a student, you will be asked to upload your student card through the registration form. 

Accompanying person
Kindly note that accompanying persons may not attend the scientific program but are eligible to register to social activities.

Accommodation
You have the opportunity to book a hotel room via the platform at the end of the registration form. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. If you wish to use an other credit card than the one you used for your registration, please contact Mr Olivier Mouraux at mouraux@lausanne-tourisme.ch. 

Already registered?
If you wish to come back to your registration in order to update it, please use your direct login link which can be found in your confirmation email.

Registration cancellation policy

Registration cancellation should be made by sending a written notice to mouraux@lausanne-tourisme.ch. The following cancellation policy will apply: 

• Up to 15 April 2022: Full refund
• Between 16 and 24 April 2022: Full refund less CHF 100 administrative fees
• After 24 April 2022: No refund
• Gala Dinner: Not refundable after booking

All refund payments will be made AFTER the workshop.
