Annual Meeting of the ProcessNet "Agglomeration und Schüttguttechnik" and "Lebensmittelverfahrenstechnik"

The Annual Meeting of the ProcessNet “Agglomeration und Schüttguttechnik" and " Lebensmittelverfahrenstechnik" will take place from the 5th to 7th March 2019 at Nestlé Research Lausanne, Switzerland. As both research areas are of great importance for Nestlé, Nestlé Research is hosting both events to present and to share national and international scientific work of key research institutes in these research fields.

The session will start on 5th March dedicated to the ProcessNet “Lebensmittelverfahrenstechnik”, followed on the 6th March with a joined program with selected key-plenary lectures, poster exhibition and a final presentation of an exciting student challenge. 7th March is dedicated to the ProcessNet “Agglomeration und Schüttguttechnik". The detailed program can be found under "Scientific program".

The section on “Lebensmittelverfahrenstechnik” will be divided up around specific topics, e.g. processing and sensory of milk and dairy analogues, prebiotics and probiotics, fermentation, foam and emulsion technologies as well as further food technology relevant topics. Key lectures will be introduced by Prof.-ing. Stefan Palzer, Head of Innovation, Technology and R&D, CTO Nestlé. The section on “Agglomeration und Schüttguttechnik” will be framed by topics around fundamental science on bulk solid mechanics and powder technologies as well practical applications.

We are looking forward to welcome all of you in Lausanne!
