No longterm commitments. Regis costs are calculated in term of Regis Cost Units (RCU) and the quantity of RCU per registered participant depends on the Regis modules effectively used in the event. Infrastructure

You need an Internet connection. No software installation is necessary. Desktops: PC, Mac, IOS, Linux. Smart Phones: iPhone, Android. Internet Browsers: Firefox, Explorer, Chrome, Safari.

For the hosting of the online system Regis Artegis has selected Equinix, guaranteeing access to the servers more than 99,99 % of the time. Hourly archive backups and weekly full backup are performed on remote locations. No maintenance for the system is required. 

All updates to the database, participant details, hotel requests & bookings are available anywhere, anytime. Prepare your event in your office, managed on-site without complex hardware and backups. A simple web address, a login name and password will give role-based access to Regis.
