In summer 2003, the Hewlett Packard venue at Telecom was organized with Regis, that is to say the whole registration process, executive meeting management and logistics e.g. hotel bookings, transportation, restaurant bookings, seminars etc.
Local sales representatives registered their customers while country coordinators supervised their area. Furthermore, managers for the EMEA regions, the Americas, Asia and Japan were able to monitor the organization progress online and accept or reject requests.
Regis was used at the Hewlett Packard booth to register visitors, give them a badge and smart card for security control and advanced statistics. More than four thousands registrations were managed during the show.
Executive meetings were requested, accepted or rejected and managed using Regis so as to correctly allocate the rooms available at the booth.
Thousands of personal agendas were produced by the system. Possible conflicts with other simultaneous activities were highlighted.
