ACTIVITIES MANAGEMENT IN REGIS

Display activity descriptions on the registration form in HTML format.
Manage quantities of activity registrations and define 'show full' mode or 'hide' mode in the registration form parameters of the activity.
Allow participants to register a quantity that allows them to enter a number. Define the minimum choice and maximum choice in the activity parameters in the registration form.
Add folders to manage activity fields and selection options in the registration form. Have the parameter setting one choice only.
Add costs to an activity and have different activity costs with different VAT/Tax.
Produce the activity QR Code and send a document with the activity QR Code by email to the registered participants. Use it as attendance/registration check-in control.

VIEW HISTORY OF MODIFICATIONS

History of the setup is available by clicking on the history link of the items.
For example the registration fee has been modified:
Go to event setup, fees and click on the fee and select history.
All modifications are listed with the date of the modifications and the names of the persons that have performed the modifications.
History of the participants' registration is available.
In a participants' profile, click on "history" below the registration date/time status information of the participant.

MULTIPLE LANGUAGES FOR YOUR EVENT SETTING

Multilingual event setup in Regis now with an improved interface available for the publication of the event website content, registration form, email messages! It is very easy to update the event relevant text in all selected languages.
How to start? Set the multiple languages module in your event. Then you will find in the left hand navigation the button named languages. Click on this button and start to all relevant event languages textes.

ADMINISTRATOR PREFERENCES SETTING

Activate in preferences the introducing window. The introducing window displays the Regis Onlin User Guide content relied to the feature that you are currently using in Regis while doing your event configuration.
