Welcome to the online registration platform for the

International Conference on Perovskite Solar Cells and Optoelectronics 2019

taking place in Lausanne from 30 September to 2 October 2019.

The conference will be held at the SwissTech Convention Center from 30 September to 2 October followed by an optional one-day excursion on 3 October.

General information

Payment
Registration and activity fees must be paid by credit card during the registration process.

Accompanying person 
Kindly note that the accompanying person cannot attend the scientific program but can register for the social activities. 

Accommodation
Once your registration has been confirmed, you have the opportunity to book a hotel room via this platform. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. If you wish to use an other credit card than the one you used for your registration, please contact Mr Timothy SCHMID at tschmid@lausanne-tourisme.ch. 

Visa - invitation letter
If you need an invitation letter for your visa application procedure, please contact Mrs Nora BOTROS at botros@lausanne-tourisme.ch. You will receive the invitation letter after registration and payment have been completed.
Please submit your visa application early as it can take between six and eight weeks to process, or exceptionally even longer, depending on the season.

If you wish to come back to your registration in order to update it, please use your direct login link which can be found in your confirmation email.

One-day excursion on Thursday 3 October (9:30 AM to 15:30 PM)
Let you guided on a journey through the History of Olympic Sport at its dedicated Museum in Lausanne, Olympic Capital, followed by an enjoyable Cruise to discover the wonderful landscapes of the Lake Geneva region and the World Heritage Site of Lavaux while enjoying a nice 3-course meal on the boat.

Registration cancellation policy

To cancel your registration, please send a written note to botros@lausanne-tourisme.ch

• Up to 31 August 2019: 90% refund
• Between 1 September and 23 September 2019: 50% refund
• After 23 September 2019: no refund can be made

All refund payments will be made after the conference.
