Visa

Some participants may require a visa to enter Switzerland. Information on visa requirements for visitors to Switzerland can be found here.

The Academy can provide an invitation letter for purposes of obtaining a visa. In order to receive the invitation, full registration and payment for the conference should be made. Once you have received your registration and payment confirmation, please contact Mrs Sophie Cattin cattin@lausanne-tourisme.ch to request an invitation letter. It is advised that this is done well in advance in order to allow sufficient time for the visa to be processed.

 

Registration cancellation policy

Cancellation should be made by sending a written notice to Mrs Sophie Cattin cattin@lausanne-tourisme.ch

• Before April 30, 2017: Registration will be reimbursed less CHF 50.- for administrative fees
• From April 30, 2017: No fees will be refunded after this date

Substitution by a colleague is always welcome. All reimbursements will be made after the conference.
