Hotel Guarantee and Cancellation Policy

Hotel rates are in Swiss Francs (CHF) per room, per night, including VAT and service. Breakfast is excluded (except for Jeunotel Swiss Lodge). The city tax is not included and ranges from CHF 2.10 to CHF 3.40 per person and per night, depending on the hotel category.

In order to guarantee the room, a credit card will be asked to each participant. This credit card will only be debited in case of “No show” or late cancellation. Please note well that it is not possible to reserve a room without a credit card.

The hotel payment will be done at the hotel during the check-in.

In case of cancellation, the following terms will apply:

• Prior to 14 days before your arrival date: free cancellation
• 13 – 2 days before your arrival date: in case of cancellation or modification, 100% of the 1st night will be charged on your credit card.
• Less than 48 hours before your arrival date: in case of late cancellation or no-show, the full cost of your booking will be charged on your credit card

​​The number of hotel rooms in Lausanne is limited because many events are organized during the summer. For this reason, we advise you to book your hotel rooms as soon as possible. Please note that some hotels are available for a longer period than others :
