The 13th edition of WADA’s annual Symposium, which will be held from 13 to 15 March 2017 at the SwissTech Convention Center in Lausanne, Switzerland, will once again bring together athletes, International Sport Federations, National and Regional Anti-Doping Organizations, Major Event Organizers, WADA-accredited laboratories and other key stakeholders that are integral to the clean sport movement.

Further to popular demand, in 2017, Government representatives involved in anti-doping matters are invited to join. This is an enhancement that we are now able to accommodate due to a larger Symposium venue versus past years.

The symposium will focus on the theme ‘Tackling our Challenges and Strengthening the Future of Clean Sport’. It will include three days of presentations, panel discussions and practical workshops, during which topical subjects such as the future of the fight against doping in sport, World Anti-Doping Code compliance monitoring, the protection of whistleblowers and the integrity of anti-doping processes will be covered.
