Registration

Please note that the congress is sold out. We do not accept any demands made after 30 September 2017. 

Please note that there will  be no registrations on site possible.

On this platform, you will be able to perform your registration and your abstract submission in any order. 
Please note that Abstract submission and Registration are two independent processes. If you first submit an abstract, do not forget to also register!

Registration

• As a first step in your registration, you will have to indicate whether you are i) an IOIS/SOIE Member, ii) a Non-Member, iii) a Resident/Fellow. You will also be able to select social events, including the welcome reception, the gala dinner and excursions in order to discover Switzerland. Note that these events are not included in registration fees except for the welcome reception. 
• As a second step you will be able to register any accompanying person for the same items.
• As a third step you will be offered a choice of hotels if you wish to reserve at this point.

Note that you will have to enter a valid credit card number to pay for the fees and confirm your registration.

Profile
When first entering either the Registration or Abstract submission tabs on the platform, you will be asked to introduce your profile. Once this is done, you will be assigned a Login (your e-mail) and a password, sent to your e-mail address. Use these login and password whenever you want to come back to your profile, registration or submission. 

Registration fees include conference material and the coffee breaks (except for accompanying persons), as well as the three lunches and the welcome reception but exclude congress dinner (Swiss night @ Olympic Museum)

Payment
Registration fees must be paid for by credit card during the registration process. Payment for hotels will be taken upon check-in on arrival day.

Cancellation policy

Registration Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration to the IOIS Congress 2017, please send a written notice to botros@lausanne-tourisme.ch.

Up to 31 August 2017 : Registration fees will be reimbursed minus CHF 30 for administrative fees.
After 31 August 2017 : No fees will be reimbursed.
