The Welcome Reception will take place at the SwissTech Convention Center in parallel with the Poster Session on Monday 30 September 2019.

The Gala diner will be held at the SwissTech Convention Center on Tuesday 1 October.
Accompanying persons are welcome at a cost of CHF 90.-
 

   

 

One-Day Excursion on Thursday 3 October

Let you guided on a journey through the History of Olympic Sport at its dedicated Museum in Lausanne, Olympic Capital, followed by an enjoyable Cruise to discover the wonderful landscapes of the Lake Geneva region and the World Heritage Site of Lavaux while enjoying a nice meal on the boat.

Meeting point at the Olympic Museum's entry hall
Guided visit of the Museum starting at 9:30 AM
End of the visit at about 11:00 AM
Gathering and 10-15 min walk to the Lausanne-Ouchy's pier
Boarding at 11:20 AM
Boat cruise departure at 11:40 AM
3-course meal on board (*)
Return to Lausanne-Ouchy and landing at 15:30 PM
End of excursion

CGN (Lake Geneva boat cruises and ferries) A cruise on Lake Geneva, aboard a CGN boat, is one of the most memorable moments of any visit to Lausanne. The CGN boasts Europe's largest lake fleet as well as the most exquisite boats dating from the Belle Epoque (early 20th century). Aboard one of these paddle wheel or modern boats, discover the ports, castles, vineyards and peaks of the Swiss and Savoy Alps.

 

Please note that this excursion may be cancelled by the organiser in case of insufficient number of registrations.
In case of cancellation, you will be informed 2 months prior the Conference and reimbursed after the Conference.
